Best Positive Affirmations To Use

While going through my self-care journey, I realized that the most important part of my self-care ritual was affirmations. At first, I didn’t use them as often...maybe every other day or two, but they still made an impact on the way I felt about myself and different situations.


So you might already know what affirmations are or maybe you have an idea of what it might be or maybe you have never even heard of the word, so I’m here to help you understand what affirmations are and also give you some of the best affirmations to use.

POSITIVE affirmations are short phrases that usually start with “I am”. These short, positive phrases help you practice positive thinking and self-empowerment.


Now, you also might be wondering why I capitalized, bolded, and underlined “positive”, right?


Well, the thing is, a lot of people forget that you can have negative affirmations too. These types of affirmations are usually shown as self-doubt, non-constructive self-talk, and maybe even insecurities and this is what we want to avoid.


No, it’s not easy to change your mindset that quickly overnight, but if you gradually get into the motions of saying positive affirmations, it’ll overpower those negative thoughts which will not only help improve your mood, but it helps improve your self-image and confidence!
