There's just some days where our hair just doesn't feel like cooperating with us and trust me I've been there and it's quite frustrating. Maybe you woke up late for school and you don't have any time to do your normal morning hair routine, or maybe you have to do last minute errands, or maybe you even forgot you had to go to a friends party? Yes, I'm sure it's all happened to us, but how do you fix a bad hair day? Below are 6 easy and quick ways to fix it!
1. Braids
Braids are easy to do and there's so many different braids you can do! You can do a french braid, fish tail braid or any of your choice and it'll look great. Pinterest has some great ideas on braids just in case you need some inspiration. If you want to dress it up a bit, take flower pins or gold hair clips and stick them in your hair and it'll look super cute.
2. Hair bands/ ties
Hair bands are probably the quickest and easiest things to use when it comes to trying to fix a bad hair day. You can tie your hair up, half up half down, braids, bun, ponytail, etc. You can always dress it up using different color clips or hair ties, be creative.
3. Quick Wash
The easiest way to fix a bad hair day is to do a quick wash, maybe even a rinse because it's easier to style hair when it's wet.
4. Dry Shampoo
This gives volume and doesn't make your hair look oily
5. Leave in conditioner and water
Mix leave in conditioner (or regular conditioner) and water in a spray bottle to moisturize your hair and bring it back to life if you have dry and brittle hair. You can also add coconut oil or almond oil to give shine and more moisture for those hot and dry days.
6. Sleep with your hair up
Sleeping with your hair up cannot only help decrease the chance of waking up to knotted and frizzy hair, but it can also keep your curls look good and untouched (for my curly girls). You can tie your hair in a bun, the pineapple method or wrap your hair in a silk scarf.
