Why is it important to add greens in your smoothies?

When adding spinach, kale, or other greens in your smoothies, this gives you tons of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory nutrients. Adding greens can also help aid in weight loss due to its detoxifying properties because it removes all the bad waste from your body. With all the vitamins and nutrients that are being put into your body, your skin will love you for it! If you usually feel tired or low on energy, these green smoothies will give your that burst of energy in a natural way.

If you like making smoothie bowls, you can add toppings like shredded coconut, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, banana, mangoes, and more. I personally love the mango, cranberry, chia seed toppings.

Some antioxidant fruit toppings:

- strawberry

- cherry

- blackberry

- blueberry

- raspberry

Have you tried green smoothies? What fruits do you like to put in your smoothies?
