Fellowship Power Lunch - January Guest Speaker

I'm super excited to share my experience and although I'll be the youngest guest, speaking to a room of adults, I have a special message to share which I hope will remind those in the audience just how important and transformational #selfcare can be. A little about me: I'm a #podcast host, #blogger, self-care #advocate and 6x-published #author. My injuries from a car accident (which I'm still recovering from) pivoted my path from being a star athlete to transitioning and embracing my new strengths. I share my story to inspire others to rediscover themselves even when they are going through tragedy and loss. Hitting rock bottom as a teen became a living nightmare of isolation, depression, pain, tears, and fears for me, but that's actually when I had my breakthrough!
